Pedestrian Claims
There is a lot to consider when talking about Pedestrian Claims. You may have heard of the no win no fee term and know what it means which is used widely today. For those of you who don`t the following is the definition. The no win no fee arrangement is the one in which you have to pay the lawyer only with the condition of him or her winning your claim. So, in other words, if you want to get an injury claim, etc and you hire a lawyer that doesn`t win your case, you don`t have to pay him or her anything at all. So this is very good news for you as you have nothing to lose. This following is the reason why: the no win no fee arrangement (or the conditional fee arrangement, how it`s technically called) gives the opportunity of claiming to people who wouldn`t have afforded it if they had to pay out first. It has replaced the traditional fee arrangements with a fee that only applies in the case of a successful compensation claim. There can be some catches to this however, and you should be informed thoroughly before you make any decision.
